How it works:

Heat therapy interacts with the body to alleviate pain associated with muscle and tissue strain or damage. Heat therapy dilates the blood vessels of the muscles to increase the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles helping to heal damaged tissue.

Heat stimulates the sensory receptors in the skin, which means that applying heat to the affected area will decrease transmissions of pain signals to the brain and thereby relieve the discomfort

Consequently with heat therapy there will be a decrease in muscle stiffness and an overall feeling of relief.

How to use:

  • Open package and expose pad to the air
  • The pad will heat up within 20 minutes after opening
  • Remove the paper from the adhesive backing and apply to the required body area.
  • Never open until ready to use.
  • Wear for 20-30 minutes.
  • Once the pad cools down, gently peel it off and discard
  • Remove immediately if the pad get too hot for you.
  • Do not use for longer than 12 hours within a 24 hour period.
  • For external use only
