Swartland Kitchen Rusks:

Our rusks are baked in small batches in our kitchen in Darling in the Swartland. The Swartland is famous for its flowing landscapes with extensive wheat fields which have for generations fed South Africans. The wheat flour we use is stoneground, sourced from local farmers growing crops in an environmentally conscious way. Swartland Kitchen pays tribute to a long-established South African tradition of quality baked goods.

Darling Sweet Soft Caramels:

• Our Mocha Java Soft Caramels creatively blend the rich full-bodied flavours of brewed coffee with the well-rounded sweetness of our famous butter caramel.
• Our Ginger & Cardamom soft rich butter caramels are flavoured with the complex fragrance of cardamom and bits of dried ginger for that characteristic warm zing.
• The summery flavours of strawberry, raspberry and sour cherry add a refreshing tang to these soft rich butter caramels.
