Award-winning Pure Single Rum by James Copeland. Bold and Full-Flavoured with No Additives. Fermented and Small-Batch Distilled in the Cape of Storms. Distilled in small batches from blackstrap molasses. Fermented with tropical yeast strains to maximise fruity esters and deep tropical flavours. Hints of pineapple and litchi skin on the nose, drifting deeper towards cacao and toasted coconut aromas. Hard spice entry unfolds towards spun sugar, finishing with dark cacao and roast pineapple on the palate.
