Use & Care
Fill the base with water to the level of the valve. Fill the coffee basket with ground coffee without pressing it down and place it in the base. Tighten down the coffee holder and place it on a slow heating element (stovetop). Clean the product under running water and dry the inside of the base of the coffee maker with a cloth.

We're 99% sure that's how this works. And that missing 1% is only because someone told us it doesn't have to be fries necessarily - any junk food will do.
Last week we accidentally omitted the post exercise fries (shocking we know, but stranger things have happened) and we noticed a leaner, more toned look to ourselves almost immediately.
