About

The unit makes use of the EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) system. This means that it will assist your muscles to contract through the electrical stimulation.

Due to the fact that this is a three pack you get three different EMS systems.

  • The large pad covers the abdomen area.
  • The two smaller pads can be used either for the arms or the legs.
Product Features
  • Each EMS training unit requires 2 x AAA batteries (not included).
  • Frequency: 1-100HZ
  • There are 6 modes.
  • 12 minutes of work time.
  • Output:9.8mAh.
How to use
  • Remove the plastic sleeve and attach the gel pads to your stomach between your ribs and hips. Allow the six branches of the pad to target your six core stomach muscles.
  • Clip the main device to the pad and switch on. The indicator light will flash when the device is turned on.
  • Adjust the intensity to your preferred stimulation level using the + and - buttons.
  • There are 15 levels of various stimulation intensities, 15 being the strongest pulse level.
  • Use for 20 minutes once a day for 30 days for great results
  • The device will turn off automatically if not attached to the body within 5 seconds.

If you were ever wondering...

...what provides the inspiration for these write ups, today's your lucky day. You're about to find out.

99% of the time it's the products. Unsurprising. But also so very corporate and predictable. And we hate that. So once in a while we like to draw our creativity from elsewhere, such as:

If E is the most common letter in the English alphabet, why is it so particular? Surely it should've been shaped like an I, just a single straight line? It seems excessive to have to draw the extra three horizontal lines, when really it could've been avoided.

If you know the answer, as in really truly know, please write to us at EisshapedlikeEbecause@onedayonly.co.za

Otherwise enjoy thinking about that too for the next three or so years.
