
An EVA Foam roller is specially designed to massage and stretch fascial muscles in a variety of movements. It is best used either before workouts to stimulate blood flow or after a workout to speed up recovery and target deep tissue with the larger nodes. It is particularly good for core abdominal, back stabilization and flexibility.
That means each of 'em will need their own witty blurb, and well, that's really way more than we'd like to write.
