About

Located on the slopes of the Olifantsberg Mountain, our vineyards thrive naturally in Breedekloof shale, Renosterveld and sandstone soils. We focus on producing wines that capture our unique location, diverse soils and natural expression of our vineyards. A 37-year-old bush vine vineyard located in the Breedekloof. The grapes are grown on alluvial soils, using sustainable practices, by a passionate grower who shares our winemaking philosophy.

Product Features
  • The nose shows hints of crisp green apples, white pear and lingering pineapple with subtle oak notes.
  • Rich and full with coated acidity and good depth of fruit.
  • All the grapes are hand-harvested and cooled down overnight in a temperature-controlled cold room.
  • Fermentation takes place in French oak 2000 litre foudres, season barrels and stainless steel tanks to give the wine a beautiful depth.
  • Each vessel resulted in a different expression of Chenin Blanc, imparting a layer's dimension to the wine.
  • The wine was aged on its full lees in French oak barrels for nine months to add to the complexity and mouthfeel.

Dreams are weird

They're like your brain's way of saying: you know what the world really needs? Nonsensical story lines that nobody questions and flying cars.

And even though we know they're absolutely bonkers and possess zero relevance whatsoever, we waste no time telling people all about them.

Sad fact: nobody wants to hear it. There is only one dream worth talking about, and that's Martin Luther King Jr's.

Anyhoo, last night we had a dream where we featured half off tickets to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers live at the Department of Home Affairs. They weren't even performing. They just worked there. Crazy, huh?
