Ingredients

Colostrum

Inactive Ingredients

Hypromellose vegetarian capsule shell, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, magnesium silicate, silicon dioxide and colloidal silicon dioxide.

Contains plant extracts and natural fillers, with no colourants added – therefore the colour of the capsule contents may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Contains sugar (lactose) average < 10%.

Adults: 

Take 1 – 2 capsules once or twice daily, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Take on an empty stomach.

Children 4 – 12 years of age:

Take 1 capsule once or twice daily.

Infants and children under 4 years of age:

Take 1 capsule daily (can be sprinkled into mouth or into a little liquid).

Humble bragging. How is this still a thing?

You know the type. They'll say something along the lines of "I really miss my old Chevy Spark. This Audi SUV is so much harder to park."

Rest assured they don't miss that Chevy AT ALL. They just want you to know that they spent truckloads of cash on the latest Audi, but they want to come across as really casual because somehow that makes them cooler. Or something.

You'd think the complete lack of any complimentary responses would put an end to this type of self-appreciation, but if anything it's happening more and more.
