• Width - measure from cheekbone to cheekbone
• Height - measure from nose to chin
• Medium - 22cm(W) x 15cm(H)
• Large - 23cm(W) x 16cm(H)

Before Use:

• Wash mask in 60ºC or soak in boiling soapy water, dry fully, iron-on moderate heat. Avoid excess heat on the fleece fabric nose area.
• Wash your hands with hot soapy water or sanitizer before fitting
• Colour side faces outwards, white side sits against your face
• Loop adjustable straps over your head and tighten
• Adjust flexible aluminium strip to fit snugly around the nose
• Refrain from repeatedly touching the mask when on your face
• When removing the mask, touch only the straps
• Wash your hands again after removing your mask
• Wash mask, dry fully, iron inside only on moderate heat before using again
