- Well-structured on the palate, with all the flavours prominent.
- The acidity is supporting the mouthfeel, with a long lingering aftertaste.
- Only healthy grapes in cool conditions are harvested, skin contact for up to 24 hours, pressed, juice settled, clear juice fermented, with six different yeasts and long lees contact for complexity.
