The iDemoo Rugged Legacy Collection of wallets are handmade in India by the process of the Oil Pull-up method. This is a labour-intensive process of soaking the raw leather hides with special oils. The leather hides are then vacuum dried and as a result, the leather has more sheen and richness of colour. When the leather is then stretched and pulled, the oils on the surface cause a colour migration and as a result of this, you get a beautiful multi-tone rustic finish, making each wallet unique to the rest. The Oil Pull-up method still remains one of the best forms of processing genuine leather.
