Safety Warning:
For external use only. If using oil on the skin, it must be diluted with a carrier oil. For topical use, rub a very small amount on the inside of your elbow area to test for any allergic reaction before use. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Here are a few ways to use essential oils:
- Inhalant: Add 1 to 2 drops to a cotton ball and deeply inhale.
- House Cleanser: Mix 20 drops into a bottle of water and vinegar. Spray surfaces.
- Bath: Add 9 to 10 drops in a bath.
- Laundry: Add 10 to 15 drops of oil per laundry load
- Room Freshener: Add 20 drops to 4 ounces of warm water and place in a spray bottle. Shake well.
- Shampoo and body wash: Add 4 drops
- Humidifier: add 5 Drops
