About
Located on the slopes of the Olifantsberg Mountain, our vineyards thrive naturally in Breedekloof shale, Renosterveld and sandstone soils. We focus on producing wines that capture our unique location, diverse soils and natural expression of our vineyards
Product Features
- This wine delivers a complex array of flavours of red and dark current berries, beautiful sweet aromas of violets and blueberries layered by hints of liquorice and pepper. The pallet has a refined taste with balanced acidity and tannins.
- Fermentation with up to 30% whole bunch took place in open-top fermenters.
- The wine was aged a further 10 months in seasoned French oak barrels, cask and foudres
