About
Sourced from the pristine valley of Franschhoek. This premium merlot is from a well-known cellar dating back to 1774. A well-balanced, full-bodied, elegant red wine. Malolactic fermentation took place in barrel and the wine was then aged for 20 months in predominantly 300Lt French oak barrels. The new wood component is 30%. These grapes were hand-picked from the Estate in February.
