About 

Shepherd's Tree Game Lodge overlooks a scenic amphitheatre in the south-western portion of the 57,250 hectares, Big 5, and malaria-free Pilanesberg Game Reserve. The lodge is located approximately 20 minutes from Sun City and Pilanesberg Airport and 2 hours from Johannesburg. Being positioned in an exclusive-use zone, the lodge offers game activities in a private section of the reserve, while also providing access to all the reserve's public roads. The featured architecture and interior design are the hallmarks of the whole lodge, and flawless finishes leave no detail overlooked. The magnificent main lodge provides all the necessary facilities and amenities in a stylish atmosphere and picturesque setting. • Single supplements will be charges for travellers not sharing a room. This fee is an additional R4,900.
• Lunch is included on the day of arrival, but not on the day of departure.
• Conservation levy fee is compulsory and payable direct.
• Children under 6 years old are not permitted on game drives.
• Children between the ages of 6 and 12 are permitted on safari at the sole discretion of the manager or guide.
• Shepherd's Tree Game Lodge will be introducing a community levy that will be payable by guests travelling. This levy will be in addition to the current park entrance fees and bed levy.
• R115 per adult per night / R57,50 per child per night (under 12 years) This rate is payable direct and is subject to change without prior notice.
