The legendary sailor Knut Hansen is the face of our gin – an honest guy, who was not held up by anyone or anything, who took the freedom to see the places he always wanted to visit and who experienced countless adventures on his journey. To us producing a regional gin means using regional botanicals. Next to the obligatory juniper, we process apples from the farmers around Hamburg, and cucumber, as well as basil, come from our own cultivation.
