He hacks the cacti out, and harvests them to roast and smoke in blistering hot ovens. Using pure mineral water, the true spirit of the agave is released, and triple distilled. Mellowed and tamed through the artful manipulation of oak and time, the result is a smooth and mature finish. His job is done. Sicario can rest easy.
