This is simply outstanding and not a special to let go by of too easily! Definitely one targeted at the collector and is something to hold back on for another couple years. Shiraz from Franschhoek is something wonderful if you are a fan of a fuller style of the grape. It has an exceptionally elegant tannin structure and will hold for a good few years. Only sold at the farm on a limited release selection, we managed to persuade the fine folks of La Couronne to allocate a handful of cases to our faithful customers. This is a standout from the valley and is something that you will want to open on very special occasions.
