About

The Garajeest is a premium, handcrafted wine brand. Focused on the unconventional and a creative spirit, Callan’s dream of making wine that has edge, authenticity, character and convincingly translates the honest and down to earth character of the cultivar, is now being realised. Last of this wonderful vintage and once again, we unfortunately only have a handful of cases allocated to us. Something to hold onto for your holiday lunches at the sea.

Product Features
  • A wonderfully mineral-driven Semillon.
  • A profoundly seductive wine, upfront and self-indulgent, this Semillon offers a beautiful character with edge, intrigue and a raunchy finish to satisfy a soulful palate.
  • 50% tank fermented and 50% fermented and matured for seven months in large older barrels.
  • Fuller and riper, with a subtle integration of oak.
  • This Semillon can handle richer fish and shellfish dishes as well as light meats like chicken and pork. Side note, preferably focus on oriental or Asian styles.
  • 90 Points - Tim Atkin

Humble bragging. How is this still a thing?

You know the type. They'll say something along the lines of "I really miss my old Chevy Spark. This Audi SUV is so much harder to park."

Rest assured they don't miss that Chevy AT ALL. They just want you to know that they spent truckloads of cash on the latest Audi, but they want to come across as really casual because somehow that makes them cooler. Or something.

You'd think the complete lack of any complimentary responses would put an end to this type of self-appreciation, but if anything it's happening more and more.

We'd love to come up with an effective solution to it but we're waaay too busy running a successful eCommerce company to actually invest the time.

Did you know we're also getting our PhDs on the side? No big deal.
