From the home of South African Zinfandel, we are fortunate enough to present one of the better vintages from South Africa in the past 2 decades. Award-winning wine from an incredibly special and historic piece of land. If you are interested in something unique, I wouldn't hesitate. Cellar for a further 5-8 years. Fresh cranberry with rich plum and sour cherry notes are complemented with hints of cinnamon and dark chocolate. The palate’s creamy texture is supported by velvety tannins and leads to a fresh, lingering finish.
Product features
- Handpicked grapes were transported to the cellar and chilled overnight for processing the next morning.
- Two days of cold soaking enhanced the colour extraction. Fermentation commenced in French oak casks and partially in stainless steel tanks.
- After fermentation, the wine was matured in French oak casks as well as French and Romanian oak barrels for 10 months.

Anyhoo, last night we had a dream where we featured half off tickets to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers live at the Department of Home Affairs. They weren't even performing. They just worked there. Crazy, huh?
